I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping others achieve their mental health goals. The mission of Haleness Help is to provide support, while we collaborate to achieve a new robust state of health. I specialize in individual and group therapy. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients identify and examine ineffective behaviors, habits, and thought patterns. I believe in taking a collaborative approach when working towards reaching personal goals. I am passionate about creating resources for underserved populations within the community.
